WOW - Women on Wheels
WOW …. otherwise known as Women on Wheels! The next program will commence shortly and we’re excited to progress our participants through sessions on cycle skills, the mysteries of bike maintenance, how to remove a wheel and fix a puncture, the vagaries of gear changing, how to get from A to B safely and other secret womens business! We’ll practise in a safe place and then you will explore the byways and bikeways around Ipswich and Springfield. Each week will bring a different venue. So dust off that bike, dig out your helmet, buck up your courage and sign up...

We all benefit from sharing strengths, laughing together – and celebrating successes with those who were strangers just 2 hours ago…
