The Ride: Our day will include a ride to the property, demonstration of sheep milking and cheese making and then onto the taste test. Carolyn and our friends at Towri have lovely cheeses and they provide a beautiful selection of their 6 varieties of cheese, accompanied by biscuits, to tempt our taste buds. If you would like to purchase some cheese we have a support vehicle to take home your goodies. The folks at Towri have hosted Cycle Away rides before and they know we like our little luxury so we get to hang out with the sheep.
