The ride starts in Pittsworth on Saturday morning. Pittsworth is a small regional town full of interesting places to visit. You will discover how lovely the Darling Downs area can be, especially on a crisp winter day. Saturday's loop will roll out to Mt Tyson. After a picnic lunch in a local park, we will ride back to Pittsworth enjoying the lovely rolling hills and great scenery. We put our bikes back on or in the cars and drive to Cambooya, a short distance away. This lovely little town boasts a recently renovated old pub where we spend the night, keeping a wary eye open for the resident ghost. On Sunday we ride from Cambooya to Nobby, an historic town famous for Steele Rudd and Sister Kenny. The museum, blacksmith shop, art gallery and café are well worth a visit. After our taste of history we then cycle back to Cambooya and drive home to Brisbane.
